NordVPN is slightly more complex than ExpressVPN during installation. First it will update your system, install the KB3033929 update, and also install the NET Framework 4.5.2. After these updates are completed, the client of NordVPN itself is installed. In the installation process, there will be a variety of alarms from the system management software.
